"turns out there isn't a lot of code involved in making a very rudimentary mvcc transactional map 1000ish lines and i have snapshot reads, optimistic and pessimistic 2 phase locking, and even single writer modes the largest lump of code is the row lock, the mvcc bit is just a ring buffer heh"
